Daniel’s approach to organizational effectiveness is from a whole systems perspective: examine the performance of each facet of an organization including its infrastructure, its talent and the related performance systems, and consider how each facet contributes to the overall success of the company.

Daniel holds a Master of Education and Human Development with an emphasis on educational technology leadership from George Washington University and a bachelor’s degree in Corporate Communications/Professional Writing from Baltimore University. She has multiple certifications, including Senior Certified Professional (SHRM), Senior Professional in Human Resources (HR Certification Institute), Certified Compensation Professional (World at Work) and Myers-Briggs Type Indicator.
