Strategic Performance Group plans and facilitates meetings for our clients so that they can effectively and efficiently achieve their purpose. In order to do this, SPG works closely with clients to clarify desired outcomes, set realistic agendas and create structures that support full engagement and participation from intact teams and multiple stakeholders. In certain circumstances, SPG provides facilitation training to enable internal efforts. We add value to the process through professional assessment, planning, preparation, facilitating and follow-through. Examples of meetings we facilitate include:

  • Retreats and Planning Meetings – working with senior executive teams, Boards of Directors, middle managers or functional units, SPG uses an iterative process to help clients develop and implement strategy.
  • Team Development Meetings – SPG works with teams during all phases of the team life cycle to ensure that supportive process elements are in place and the right content is being worked through in an efficient and effective way.
  • Community Based Organizations’ Meetings – SPG plans and facilitates meetings with multiple stakeholders. Drawing on a wide range of tools and techniques, SPG creates space within which different perspectives can be surfaced and incorporated into long-lasting solutions.
  • Focus Groups – SPG supports clients who are interested in gathering, reviewing, and/or clarifying feedback from employees, customers, or other stakeholders.

There are two ways of being creative. One can sing and dance. Or one can create an environment in which singers and dancers flourish. — Warren Bennis
