SPG supports clients who are interested in gathering, reviewing, and/or clarifying feedback from employees, customers, or other stakeholders.  SPG facilitators are skilled in conducting traditional focus groups as well as focus groups that make use of electronic technology in order to capture participants’ perspectives.  SPG works closely with clients to identify the information they are most interested in acquiring and acting upon.  SPG designs the process and content of each engagement in order to maximize the time spent and the information gathered from participants.  SPG conducts focus groups in support of clear organization goals and follows strict protocols to ensure confidentiality for all those who participate.
