Lisa Nabors, Partner with Strategic Performance Group, holds the credential of Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coach Federation. Her expertise includes gathering and interpreting data, helping clients to generate alternatives, developing and implementing strategy and facilitating individual, team and organizational change.

Ms. Nabors has worked with executives and managers for 25 years. She is skilled at cutting to the core issues, helping clients consider choices, and then implementing actions designed to increase their effectiveness. Ms. Nabors often facilitates strategy meetings and had the honor of being selected to facilitate the White House Conference on Hispanic Excellence in Education. She worked closely with the FDIC’s Culture Change Council, supporting their efforts to move FDIC from last to first place in the best place to work survey conducted by the Partnership for Public Service. Ms. Nabors earned her B.A. and M.Ed. degrees from the University of Maryland where she also completed doctoral level courses in leadership and organizational development. Ms. Nabors is certified to administer and interpret assessments including the FIRO-B and Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), Leadership Practices Inventory (LPI), all CCL 360 instruments, Conflict Dynamic Profile (CDP), EQ 2.0 and 360, and TESI. She is co-author of Everyday Coaching (February, 2018, ATD Press), Organizational Coaching:  Building Relationships and Programs That Drive Results, ASTD Press, 2008, The Dialogue Deck, 2006, and Leading From the Inside Out:  A Coaching Model, (Sage Publications, 2002).  She is passionate about eliminating “but,” “although,” and “however,” from conversation.
