Kevin J. Kelly is a senior-level project manager, facilitator and trainer with more than 25 years’ experience managing projects for such organizations as Mellon Bank, KPMG Peat Marwick Consulting and the American Red Cross.
Kelly’s project portfolio covers myriad industries, including information technology, health care, commercial banking, insurance, government, and nonprofit. His list of successfully completed projects includes large commercial system implementations, regulated system implementations, process lifecycle development and implementations, strategic documentation development and roll-out, and training curriculum development and delivery.
Kelly holds the Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute. He also holds a master’s certification in project management from the George Washington School of Business. He is recognized as a Certified Quality Improvement Associate by the American Society for Quality.
Kelly is a seasoned trainer with experience in the development and delivery of a wide variety of courses for clients in the commercial, governmental and nonprofit sectors. Courses he has developed and delivered include essentials of project management, advanced project management, planning and organization skills, time management, effective problem-solving, creating meaningful metrics, techniques for successful customer service, stress and wellness management, and professionalism in the workplace.
From 2009 to 2011, Kelly was the host of a weekly radio program that provided guidance and advice on career planning and career management.
