Mitch held an executive position at Nokia, has a J.D. MBA and helps build amazing teams inside companies like Cushman and Wakefield, JLL, GreatCall, ISEC and many more.
Dr. Ginny Bianco-Mathis
Co-host
Dr. Virginia Bianco-Mathis is a Management Professor in the School of Business, Innovation, Leadership and Technology (BILT) at Marymount University. She is Managing Partner of Strategic Performance Group and consults with major organizations internationally.
Dr. Bianco-Mathis received degrees from Johns Hopkins University and The George Washington University. Previously, she held executive positions at AT&T, Lockheed Martin, and the Artery Organization.
She has published numerous books and articles on coaching, organization development, team building, change management, and leadership. Her specialty is working with leaders and their teams in designing and fulfilling their vision for success within our ever-changing world.
